Yes, the Daily Cup without personalization is dishwasher-safe. You can put the cup and lid in the dishwasher. Please wash personalized cups with laser engraving by hand to ensure the engraving stays beautiful for a long time.

Click on “Personalize your daily-cup now.” In the personalization tool, you can design your mug with text, images, or your own photo and preview the result. We’ll then laser-engrave your design onto the mug. The laser engraving costs CHF 15.00. Please upload only images and text for which you hold the rights and that do not infringe on the rights of third parties. The preview shows an approximation of the design. The color and level of detail in the engraving may vary slightly depending on the mug’s color.

For laser engraving, 4 to 6 business days are typically added to the standard delivery time.

Personalized thermos mugs are custom-made for you according to your specifications. They are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal and from our voluntary return policy. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. If your daily-cup arrives damaged or the engraving is incorrect, please contact us at info@dropvital.com as soon as possible after receipt, preferably with a photo. No. The daily-cup is suitable for any beverage. With a nano-tap, nano-drink, or ultranano-drink at home, you can fill it directly with filtered water if you wish.
