Return and Refund Policy – Dropvital

 

1. Scope

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all orders placed through the Dropvital online store.

It applies to consumers as defined by applicable law. Business customers are not entitled to a right of withdrawal unless expressly agreed to in writing.

A consumer is any natural person who is acting for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity.

 

2. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers in the European Union

Consumers residing in a member state of the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

• on which you or a third party designated by you received the goods
• in the case of multiple partial deliveries, from the date of receipt of the last item

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., via email).

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.

 

3. Consequences of Withdrawal (EU)

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including standard shipping costs.

Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery we offer will not be refunded.
The refund will be issued no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

 

4. Returns in the Case of an EU Cancellation

You must return the goods to us immediately and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct costs of the return shipment, unless otherwise agreed.

The goods must be returned complete, undamaged, and—where possible—in their original packaging.

You are liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

 

5. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal (EU-wide)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• custom-made or personalized products
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal was removed after [lieferung]
• Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery

 

6. Return Policy for Customers in Switzerland

Consumers residing in Switzerland do not have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Dropvital voluntarily grants a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt of the goods, provided that:

• the goods are unused
• there are no signs of use
• all components are included
• the original packaging is included

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Dropvital may modify this voluntary return policy at any time without affecting contracts that have already been concluded.

 

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

For consumers in the EU, the respective national warranty regulations under EU consumer protection law apply.

For consumers in Switzerland, the statutory provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply.

 

8. Damaged or Defective Goods

If a product is delivered damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at admin@dropvital.com and include photos as well as your order number.

 

9. Businesses (B2B)

There is no right of withdrawal for orders placed by businesses.
Returns are accepted only by individual agreement.
