Dropvital Shipping Policy

 

1. Scope

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed through the Dropvital online store.
For consumers in the European Union, mandatory statutory consumer protection provisions also apply.

 

2. Delivery Areas

We ship to:

  • Switzerland
  • European Union
  • Other countries upon request

The available delivery countries are displayed during the ordering process.

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process.
For deliveries within the EU, prices include the applicable value-added tax (VAT) of the destination country.

For deliveries outside Switzerland or the EU, additional customs, import, or tax fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

 

4. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
No processing takes place on weekends or holidays.

Processing times may be extended in the event of exceptionally high demand or technical delays.

 

5. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Switzerland: 1–4 business days EU: 2–8 business days

These figures are estimates and are not binding.

Dropvital assumes no liability for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure.

 

6. Transfer of Risk

For Consumers:

The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the consumer only once the goods have been delivered to the consumer or to a third party designated by the consumer.

For business customers:

The risk passes to the buyer upon handover of the goods to the shipping carrier.

 

7. Partial Deliveries

We reserve the right to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for the customer.

 

8. Refusal to Accept or Failure to Pick Up

If a delivery is refused without legal grounds or is not picked up, we reserve the right to:

  • the return shipping costs
  • the cost of reshipping
  • any customs duties

from any refund.

 

9. Shipping Damage

Please inspect the goods for damage in transit immediately upon receipt.
Obvious damage should be reported directly to the delivery carrier if possible and also notified to Dropvital via email at info@dropvital.com.
Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

 

10. Pickup

If offered, pickup is available by appointment only.
