No overexploitation of living corals:

No living coral is harvested for our product. The sango coral used is fossilized material from the seabed that has been deposited over thousands of years.

Coral particles naturally detach from the reefs and sink to the bottom, where they fossilize - it is precisely this fossilized material that is removed mechanically.

The Japanese authorities ensure that no living coral structures are affected. The removal of deposited fossil particles can even be beneficial for living corals, as they are given more space and light.

Sustainability through control:

Mining is strictly limited and continuously monitored. Only selected, licensed producers are allowed to extract fossilized sango coral under state supervision. This control protects the sensitive ecosystem of the coral reefs and at the same time guarantees a natural product of the highest quality.

The mineral-drink cartridge was primarily developed for the ultranano-drink system. However, thanks to the standardized 1/4" connections, it is also technically compatible with other filtration systems that have 1/4" hoses.

Compatibility with other systems:

All you need is a 1/4" hose - the industry standard for osmosis and water filter systems. The Quick-Connect fittings fit most common 1/4" connections.

We do not provide any guarantee for any use of the mineral-drink cartridge with other systems outside of Dropvital products. We only guarantee optimum performance, mineralization and product safety in combination with the ultranano-drink system.

Why this restriction? The cartridge is tailored to the specific parameters of the ultranano-drink:

• Flow rate: Precise contact time between water and sango coral for optimal mineralization
• System architecture: Designed as the final stage after the active-home refiner
• Water quality:Adapted to the TDS values and pH values of the ultranano-drink
  

For other systems with deviating flow rates, pH values or TDS output values, we cannot guarantee optimal mineralization or product safety. The warranty is void if used outside of Dropvital systems.

Our advice:

For the best possible performance and full warranty coverage, we recommend using it exclusively with your ultranano-drink system.

We recommend changing the cartridge every 12 months for normal household use (2-4 people).

Why 12 months?

Remineralization cartridges continuously release minerals into the flowing water. Over time, the mineral reservoir is depleted - the approx. 280g of sango coral are gradually dissolved and used up. The service life depends on the water volume, flow rate and pH value of the input water.

How can I tell that a change is due?

• Change in taste: The water tastes more neutral and less full-bodied again
• Time-based: The cartridge should be replaced as a preventive measure after 12 months

Important:

There is no danger with exhausted remineralization cartridges - the water is simply no longer optimally mineralized.

The cartridge is designed as a compact inline solution and has been designed so that it can be integrated into the ultranano-drink system. This keeps the extension technically clean and coordinated with the existing system. Depending on the design and installation situation, the installation can be implemented easily and efficiently. If you want to be on the safe side, you can have the mineral-drink professionally integrated into an existing ultranano-drink system.
